NJB Studios Press is an independent publishing imprint founded by children’s author Nicholas J. Bruce and home to Kit’s Biscuit Business.

Inspired by the real-life cat, Kit, Kit’s Biscuit Business began with a simple question: what do our pets get up to when we’re not around? The answer became a playful story filled with imagination, humor, and, of course, plenty of biscuits.

NJB Studios Press was created to bring stories like Kit’s to life: stories made to be read aloud, laughed along with, and enjoyed together by kids and the grown-ups who read with them.

Kit’s Biscuit Business is where it all began, but there are plenty more stories to come.

Stay tuned. We’re just getting started!
