NJB Studios Press currently ships orders within the United States.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Author-signed books may require additional processing time before shipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping destination, and available carrier services. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery dates will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by the shipping carrier and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

NJB Studios Press is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your package has been accepted.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

If tracking shows that your package has not been delivered within a reasonable period after its estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.
